“I know first-hand the overwhelming frustrations of losing weight. I tried fad diets, famous people's regimes and challenges. Yet, they did not work for me. I personally lost over 100lbs the natural way, so I decided to share my journey with those who were willing to listen. I reversed my high blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol issues. I no longer take medications to control any of these illnesses. For the past 3 1/2 years, I have taught thousands of students all over Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia on how to rebuild their physical bodies and modify their behaviors regarding a nutritional diet so that they can accomplish their weight loss goals successfully. I teach about 4-5 classes virtually and in-person daily. I work both in a group setting and one-on-one with clients/students. Helping them to find true happiness in staying fit and healthy. I am extremely active on social media, where I publicize videos daily to encourage and motivate my surrounding communities to continue on with their fight to live a healthier lifestyle. I have also become an advocate for mental illness. I have learned to redirect mental health behaviors by way of mediation, stretching and breathing, which in fact is considered also a workout. My role on this earth is to help other people to see that there is a better way to deal with life's anxieties.”
