Squash

Badminton

Our squash club has courts that are perfect for badminton; if you're looking for a fun, healthy activity to engage in, badminton is a perfect choice. We have everything you need to get started or improve your skills.

Pickleball

Pleasant, enjoyable, and social. The game's rules are straightforward for beginners, but for seasoned players, it can quickly turn into a brisk, competitive, fast-paced game.

Gym and fitness

Our Fitness training area is designed to improve your full body strength, endurance, foot speed, pace, and prevention methods/equipment that will increase your playing ability and help you reach your true potential.

Yoga

Columbia Squash & Athletic Club is offering classes in yoga for all age groups. You can join our club to participate in yoga classes and get a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle.

Massage

Massage is an excellent technique to relieve stress and anxieties. Pamper yourself into alignment, time spent getting a massage is never wasted.
