We are here with the facilities of squash, yoga, gym and fitness, Zumba, massage, badminton, and other services to keep you fit and healthy. Our goal is to deliver the best squash training and facilities in a friendly, motivating, and encouraging environment.

We are here to help you to improve your health, increase strength and fitness, maintain a healthy weight, increase flexibility and strength, promote good coordination, agility, and flexibility, massage to relieve stress and anxiety, and you can join our club to participate in yoga classes and get a mental and physically healthy lifestyle.

We are providing leagues, courses, and squash equipment, and our professional staff members are here to assist you with all your squash needs, whether it's a private lesson or playing matches against other members!

Jahangir Naseem

Jay Naseem began coaching as an assistant coach in 2007 and opened his first squash club in McLean, Virginia, in 2013. He opened a second location in Tysons, Virginia, over a 5-year period. In addition, he founded the Columbia Squash and Athletic Club in Columbia, Maryland. Jay began as an Assistant Coach and has grown to lead a team of ten Assistants, a junior director, and an Assistant Director of Operations.

He manages and runs the marketing for all locations. During a period of company expansion, Jay trained 15 squash assistants to ensure proper coach training inside and outside the court. Jay also founded Play Squash Academy for juniors, which has an average of 75 to 100 students participation. Many juniors from the Academy went on to receive scholarships in prestigious Colleges in the United States.
